Prices

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and are total cash prices, with the date until which they are valid.

If you buy with a mortgage, the total price depends on the loan’s terms and on notary fees.

Title transfer costs, taxes and fees are not included in the price; we inform you of them in writing before you sign.

The contract

Every sale is signed with the developer’s adhesion contract registered with PROFECO (Mexico’s federal consumer protection agency); in pre-sale, with its pre-sale adhesion contract. Each development’s registration number is on its documents page.

You can check it in PROFECO’s Public Registry of Adhesion Contracts by searching for the developer’s legal name.

Reservations and refunds

Before you pay a reservation or a down payment, we explain its refund rules in writing.

Payments go to the developer’s account and come with a receipt. If a refund applies, it is made by the same method you paid with and within the agreed term.

Warranties

By law, the builder must warrant the home for at least five years on structure, three on waterproofing and one on everything else.

Identification and payments

By law, in every real estate sale we identify the buyer, and cash payments above the legal limit are not accepted.

Bill of rights

Before you sign, we give you the consumer bill of rights required by Mexico’s housing sales standard (NOM-247-SE-2021). Document: pending.
